Terms and Conditions – JJWinGame Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you" or "your") and JJWinGame ("we," "us," "our" or "the Platform"). JJWinGame operates the online gaming and sports betting platform available at jjwingame.im and all associated sub-domains.

By accessing the JJWinGame platform, registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

These Terms apply to all products available on JJWinGame including but not limited to Online Casino, Cricket Betting, Poker, Virtual Sports, Fishing Games, Crash Games and any other products or services offered now or in the future.

2. Account Eligibility

To open and maintain a JJWinGame account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. JJWinGame strictly prohibits access by minors. Any player who registers while under 18 will have their account closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
• Residency and jurisdiction: You are responsible for determining whether online gaming and sports betting is lawful in your specific jurisdiction. JJWinGame provides the platform; compliance with your local laws is your individual responsibility.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one JJWinGame account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or a different identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and permanent ban.
• Own identity only: You may only register and operate an account in your own name and on your own behalf. Operating an account on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account is not permitted.
• No prior exclusion: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from JJWinGame for any reason.
• Mental capacity: You confirm that you are acting of your own free will and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

JJWinGame reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Registration & Verification

During registration on JJWinGame, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any other information requested in the registration form.

JJWinGame operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with our licensing obligations. You may be asked to provide identity verification documents at any of the following trigger points:

• Upon first withdrawal request
• When cumulative withdrawals exceed Rs 50,000 within a 30-day period
• At any point JJWinGame deems verification necessary to comply with our obligations
• When any unusual account activity is detected

Accepted identity documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence. Documents must be legible, unaltered and valid at the time of submission.

4. Deposits

All transactions on JJWinGame are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits made to your JJWinGame account:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction. This minimum applies across all accepted payment methods.
• Accepted methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards. JJWinGame does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Processing time: Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited instantly in the majority of cases. Bank transfer (IBFT) deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect. Card deposits are typically instant but may occasionally require a processing delay of up to 30 minutes.
• Own funds only: You confirm that all funds deposited into your JJWinGame account are your own, from legitimate sources, and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Deposit limits: JJWinGame provides voluntary deposit limit tools. Players are encouraged to set personal limits in their account dashboard. JJWinGame also applies platform-level limits which are communicated through the payment interface.

JJWinGame does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which JJWinGame bears no responsibility.

5. Withdrawals

JJWinGame aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly and fairly. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Verification requirement: Your account must have passed identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed. JJWinGame strongly encourages players to complete KYC verification before making their first deposit to avoid delays.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. JJWinGame may request proof that the destination account belongs to you.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are processed within 24 hours of approval in most cases. Bank transfers may take one to two business days. Card withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on your bank.
• Bonus balance: Funds that form part of an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Bonus balance amounts are displayed separately in your wallet.
• Right to verify: JJWinGame reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to five business days where additional verification or source-of-funds checks are required. Players will be notified of any such delay.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

JJWinGame offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as these general bonus conditions:

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiple (e.g. 20x) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the offer, which is typically between 7 and 30 days.
• Eligible games: Wagering requirement contributions vary by game type. Crash games, slots and fishing games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the requirement. Live casino games typically contribute 10–20%. Cricket and sports betting typically contribute 25–50%. The precise contribution rate for each game is stated in the promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus offer can be active on your JJWinGame account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses.
• One welcome bonus per household: The welcome deposit bonus is available once per player, per household and per IP address. JJWinGame's systems detect and prevent multiple claims from the same household.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: While an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress, individual bets or wagers must not exceed Rs 1,000 or 10% of the remaining bonus balance, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Referral programme bonuses: Bonuses earned through the JJWinGame referral programme are credited as real PKR and are withdrawable immediately upon credit. Full referral programme terms are published on the Refer a Friend page.

JJWinGame reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it, the bonus will be honoured unless evidence of abuse is found.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on JJWinGame. Specific rules for individual products such as cricket betting, crash games and poker are published within each product section.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are accepted at the discretion of JJWinGame. We reserve the right to limit, refuse or void any bet where we reasonably believe it has been placed in error, as part of a fraudulent scheme, or in circumstances where market integrity is in question.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if: the event or game is cancelled before reaching its natural conclusion; the odds or game parameters were posted in error due to a technical fault; or the bet was placed after the official result was already determined.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum single-transaction payouts are applied per product. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market. JJWinGame is not obligated to pay winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout limit for a given round or event.
• Disconnection during play: JJWinGame is not responsible for bets or rounds interrupted by the player's internet disconnection. Auto cash-out settings in crash games will execute automatically during disconnection where technically possible. Full connectivity responsibility lies with the player.
• Live betting: Bets placed during live events are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the exact moment of confirmation. Quote fluctuations in the moments before a bet is confirmed are normal and JJWinGame cannot guarantee the odds will remain static between the moment of clicking and the moment of confirmation.
• Game fairness: All casino games on JJWinGame use certified RNG technology. Crash game titles operating under provably fair mechanics allow players to independently verify each round outcome. JJWinGame does not and cannot manipulate any game outcome.

8. Player Conduct

JJWinGame expects all players to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent ban:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games or any other multiplayer format.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through chip dumping, using multiple accounts, using VPN services to bypass geographic restrictions or any other method designed to manipulate bonus conditions.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks after funds have been used for betting. Any chargeback on a deposit account will result in the equivalent balance being withheld from your JJWinGame wallet pending investigation.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated tools or any third-party software to interact with JJWinGame in ways not explicitly permitted.
• Abusive behaviour: Threatening, harassing or using abusive language toward JJWinGame staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Money laundering: Using JJWinGame in any way that could constitute money laundering or the concealment of proceeds of crime. JJWinGame cooperates fully with relevant authorities on any matter of this nature.

Where prohibited conduct is suspected, JJWinGame reserves the right to freeze account access and withhold balances pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such action and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your JJWinGame account credentials at all times. Specifically:

• Do not share your password, withdrawal PIN or two-factor authentication codes with anyone, including JJWinGame support staff. We will never ask for your password.
• Use a password that is unique to your JJWinGame account and not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. This is strongly recommended and provides significant additional protection against unauthorised access.
• Log out of your JJWinGame account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify JJWinGame immediately at support@jjwingame.im if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or notice any transactions you did not authorise.

JJWinGame is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions. However, once suspicious activity is reported, we will investigate promptly and take appropriate action to secure the account.

10. Responsible Gaming

JJWinGame is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all JJWinGame account holders and can be accessed through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a limit can only be increased after a 48-hour cooling-off period. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. A notification will alert you when your session limit is approaching.
• Reality checks: Enable a periodic reminder showing how long you have been logged in and your net session result.
• Cooling-off period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of your choosing between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period you cannot access your account.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from JJWinGame. Minimum exclusion period is 6 months. During self-exclusion, JJWinGame will also remove you from all promotional communications.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the JJWinGame platform – including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, data feeds and audio – is the proprietary property of JJWinGame or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence or title to any intellectual property belonging to JJWinGame.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license or otherwise exploit any JJWinGame content for any purpose without the prior written consent of JJWinGame. Scraping, data mining or systematic extraction of content from the JJWinGame platform is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JJWinGame shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Losses or damages resulting from reliance on any information or content displayed on the platform
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet outages or force majeure events beyond JJWinGame's reasonable control
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of the platform
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms

Where JJWinGame is found liable for direct losses, our liability shall in no circumstances exceed the total value of funds held in your JJWinGame account at the time the claim arises. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law.

13. Privacy & Data

JJWinGame collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating a JJWinGame account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of the agreement between you and JJWinGame.

In summary, JJWinGame uses your data to operate your account, process payments, comply with our licensing obligations, communicate with you about your account and send promotional messages where you have consented to receive them. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14. Amendments to These Terms

JJWinGame reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and through a notice displayed when you next log in to JJWinGame.

Your continued use of the JJWinGame platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JJWinGame holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from your use of JJWinGame that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by our licensing authority.

Before escalating any dispute formally, we ask that you first contact JJWinGame's support team and allow us a reasonable opportunity – typically 14 business days – to investigate and resolve the matter internally. The vast majority of player concerns are resolved at this stage.

JJWinGame's internal complaints process is free of charge and handled by a dedicated disputes team separate from our general customer support function.
