Mobile number changes require identity verification. Contact support@jjwingame.im from your registered email address (if one is on file) and provide a photo of your CNIC along with both your old and new mobile numbers. Our team processes number change requests within 48 hours after verification. This process protects your account against unauthorised number swaps.

Yes. JJWinGame accepts registrations from players across all of Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Hyderabad, Gujranwala and every other city and town. You need only a valid Pakistani mobile number and to be 18 or older.

JJWinGame does not charge withdrawal fees. Your full withdrawal amount is sent to your payment method.
